RECREATIONAL VEHICLE OVERNIGHT SPACE RENTAL
TERMS, PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS
TERMS
Maximum RV length is 38’ with
3 slides – no exceptions. Maximum capacity: 2 persons;
additional guests will be charged $2/per person/per
day. One motor vehicle per space. Electric heaters are
not permitted. Garbage must be wrapped and put in
containers; no garbage or sanitary
napkins in sewer or toilets. No porta-potty dumping in
the bathrooms. Health Department demands airtight sewer
connections – you
must comply or you cannot use our facility. No tents or
tent camping. No car or overnight RV washing in the
park. No clothes lines or
hanging clothes or ornament objects on trees, vehicles
or fences. Laundry facilities are available. Climbing of
banks is prohibited in order to
prevent erosion; use marked paths. Reservations are
subject to one year advance bookings and prices subject
to change without notice. No
cash refunds – no exceptions. Guest account credits are
good for one year. Check in time is 2:00 pm, check out
time is 1:00 pm.
PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS
RENT: RV rental rates shall be paid in full, in advance
of occupying an overnight RV space site. Failure to pay
rent prior to 1:00 pm for
that evening shall result in an immediate eviction
notice for those wishing to stay any additional days.
LENGTH OF OCCUPANCY: A guest reservation rental
agreement cannot exceed fourteen (14) consecutive days
in one RV space site.
Longer agreements shall be subject to Recreational
Vehicle Space Rental Agreement, MHCO form number 80.
FACILITIES: RV tenants shall have the use of the
assigned overnight space rental site for one
Recreational Vehicle as well as one
additional vehicle, and shall have the right to use, in
common with other RV tenants, the bath house and laundry
facilities at Sea And Sand
RV Park. Fences, barriers, poles, signs, excessive
ornaments, clothes lines, or structures of any kind of
nature are prohibited.
REGULATIONS: RV tenants will not make any improper,
unlawful, or inappropriate use of the RV space or
facilities of Sea & Sand RV
Park. RV tenants shall honor quiet times from 10:00 pm
to 8:00 am, including, but not limited to, refraining
from loud music and disruptive
behavior. The RV tenant is responsible for the action of
all guests.
ANIMAL PETS: All pets must be leashed when outside
tenants RV and in the park. Pet owners will comply with
all applicable state and
local laws and ordinances and, in addition, shall
confine pets to the tenant’s RV space. All pets must
accompany RV tenants when they leave
Sea & Sand RV Park and at no time may be left
unattended. The tenant shall promptly remove any pet
from Sea & Sand RV Park upon
demand in the event that said pet shall, in any way,
disturb other tenants. RV tenants are required to pick
up after their pets.
MODIFICATIONS; This agreement constitutes the entire
agreement between Sea & Sand RV Park and the RV tenant.
No amendment to,
or modification thereof, shall be effective unless
expressed in writing, including but not limited to
departure date.
LIABILITY: Sea & Sand RV Park will not be responsible
for loss or damage to RV tenant’s property due to theft,
vandalism, fire, any
other casualty, or act of God. The RV tenant expressly
assumes all risk of such loss or damage and must carry
their own insurance.
INDEMNIFICATION: RV tenant shall indemnify and hold
harmless Sea & Sand RV Park, its officers, and employees
from all claims,
liability, and expenses, including but not limited to
attorney and other professional fees, for injury to
persons, loss of life, or damage
to property arising out of the tenants exercise of his
rights hereunder, except as my be caused by the gross
negligence or intentional
acts of Sea & Sand RV Park or its officers and/or
employees.
