* Reservations made for the "Extended Stay" rates and then cancelled prior to 4 continuous weeks of stay will result in automatic charge for the higher weekly rate at check-out.

NOTABLES:
Reservations will be accepted up to 12 months in advance and are subject to a one (1) night case deposit or credit card deposit. If the reservation is for JULY, AUGUST, or SEPTEMBER, a $100 deposit will be required if the reservation is for seven (7) or more days.
Guests are limited to one (1) reservation of 14 consecutive days in an ocean site per month, in the months of JULY, AUGUST & SEPTEMBER
Less than 48 hour cancellation notice will result in loss of the entire guests' first night reservation deposit. Reservations of seven (7) or more consecutive days in JULY, AUGUST OR SEPTEMBER will require a 30 day notice to CANCEL. We offer no cash or credit card refunds. Applicable credits will be issued to guests' account to be used within one year.
$10.00 per day for a second vehicle. Maximum is two (2) vehicles, plus the RV, per space.
Rates include two (2) occupants per RV. Each additional guest over the age of four (4) years is $2.00 per day. Maximum six (6) total occupants per RV.
All visitors must check in at the office. Visitors over the age of four (4) years staying in the park in excess of one (1) hour shall each pay a visitor fee of $2.00 per day.
Check in time is 2:00PM. Check out time is 1:00PM.
RV rates include available WiFi services.
Pets required to be on a leash at all times outside the RV. Pickup after pets and don't leave pets unattended in RV or vehicle. No ROTTWEILERS OR PITBULLS allowed.
