Sea & Sand R.V. Park is located just three miles north of Depoe Bay on the central Oregon coastline and eight miles south of Lincoln City. There are spectacular beach and ocean views from the terraced ocean RV spots, as well as beautiful and cozy forested sites with easy beach access. The sunsets in the summers and the storms in the winters offer wonderful memories to all our guests.

Activities are numerous for all ages. The seven mile beach provides agates, shells, and sometimes Japanese floats. Sightings of the migrating grey whales are almost a daily happening in Depoe Bay, and there are charter fleets at Depoe Bay and Newport for deep sea fishing, crabbing and whale watching. Also, fresh water fishing, including steelhead, salmon, and trout are in the local rivers and streams. One mile away is the beautiful resort of Salishan providing an 18 hole golf course and excellent shopping. If you like aquariums, lighthouses, factory outlets, casino gaming, and breathtaking views of the ocean you will find it all nearby. There are many fine restaurants within a short distance to suit any taste and price range.

SEA AND SAND RV PARK IS PROUD TO INTRODUCE CHARLENE DECAIR AS OUR NEW PARK MANAGER. CHARLENE HAS 10 YEARS OF PARK MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE. SHE IS SUPER QUALIFIED, HAS A GREAT ATTITUDE, SENSE OF HUMOR AND WONDERFUL COMMUNICATION SKILLS. SHE HAS ALREADY MADE NUMEROUS NEW FRIENDS WITH OUR RV GUESTS AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO HER CONTINUED LEADERSHIP.

DENNIS STARBOARD (great ocean name!) IS OUR NEW FULL TIME MAINTENANCE PERSON, AND YOU CAN MEET HIS WIFE DARLENE AS SHE FILLS IN AT THE PARK OFFICE. ALL OUR PARK STAFF MAKE WONDERFUL HOSTS AND THEY LOOK FORWARD TO MEETING AND SERVICING ALL OUR GUESTS!!

OUR NEW AND MODERN BATHHOUSE AT THE BEACH SITES IS NOW OPEN! GUESTS HAVE GIVEN US A BIG THUMBS UP AND WE KNOW IT WILL BE APPRECIATED BY ALL. WE'LL TEAR DOWN THE OLD ONE SOON, AND THAT WILL PROVIDE FOR ADDITIONAL NEEDED PARKING.

THE NEW OFFICE/LIVING QUARTERS IS SIDED AND PAINTED. EVERYONE IS EXCITED TO FINALLY GET AN OFFICE WITH ADEQUATE SPACE! WE HAVE NEW T-SHIRTS, CAPS AND SWEATSHIRTS FOR SALE, AND HAVE ALSO ADDED SOME SMORE PACKAGES, BUNDLED WOOD AND BAGGED ICE FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. THE NEW OFFICE SHOULD BE OPEN IN LATE AUGUST OR EARLY SEPTEMBER.
